3C Capital was founded in 2022 and is a privately held Entity. The founder has multiple years of business experience while he founded multiple ventures over the years, were co-founder and lead investor in remarkable innovative projects.
That lead to the idea of 3C Capital. Learning that often times, corporate companies are often times fail due to too many decision makers, slow decision making and very one sided investments.
In the World we live in, there are too many aspects and new investment possibilities, which are often unknown, and have no access for the average investor.
That`s where 3C Capital comes into play. Due to decades of expertise, a large network, partners, and communities around the World, we open the door to a limited amount of participants to provide capital to dive into these ventures.

Real Estate
Real Estate is known as one of the most secure and income generation revenue streams. No matter how the economy is going, people need a place to stay. Especially at times were the economy is not performing well and high interest rates, we have more renters than home buyers. We actually prefer smaller properties, form Duplex to max 20 Units, since the focus is to own as much land as possible for future developments. Our preferred are is Florida, especially Miami. Miami and around had a massive inflow of new people since Covid, so home prices and rents went up massively.
Digital Assets
3C Capital is a string believer in the Blockchain technology and Crypto. Not long time ago that was not even an asset class, in 2024 we have Bitcoin ETF`S. So the focus is to build up a long term alternative asset portfolio which is not only focused on Bitcoin, we prefer alternative projects where we believe, that their blockchain technology will have a future impact of our daily live`s. Another main key factor might become AI Technology. Still very early, a lot of open questions about regulation and security, but that will be a field were 3C Capital is looking into deeply and connects right know with innovative founders.
Traditional Business
In uncertain times where the economy is going and growing concerns about a possible recession in the next few years, we believe that buying traditional “old school” businesses will become a very important part to generate ongoing revenue streams. That includes Check Cashing Stores, Coin Laundries, Car Washes, Fast Food and so on. In general operating businesses which are recession proof while customers need such service no matter what. This stage of our investments is in an early stage and we discover opportunities on a daily base.
